I've never did a water pump.. My dad has many moons ago on our baja 200hp merc..... But i've put a lower unit on... And i've been watching these vid's

I done a few BK on motors under 50 HP. It aint that bad. Hardest part is making sure things line up when you put the lower unit back onto the leg. Like the water tube and driveshaft, and the shift linkage can be tricky.

Yeah, The shift shaft was a biznitch on my last engine when i put the new lower unit on.
