Here ya go Jay. I try to use the boot when I can, but if I know there will be a few days in a row of rain, I just use the bungee cords in this fashion so I can open it and close it faster.

And I have run 60-65 mph like this and never have a problem. I actually learned this from Lendawg, that's how he always had his during towing and he gos phukin 75 mph. http://i1220.photobucket.com/albums/dd448/NorthportTroller/Smileys/laugh.gif

Now if you tow with a bimini in the "radar" position, which is what I did with my last boat, I would definitely recommend using the boot, I wouldn't trust the bungee cords in that position.

And watch those dangling straps that hold the top up, I tuck them into the folds of the fabric before I bungee it up. smile.gif

Good advice, I'll definitely bungee it up and watch my straps. http://i1220.photobucket.com/albums/dd448/NorthportTroller/Smileys/yes.gif http://i1220.photobucket.com/albums/dd448/NorthportTroller/Smileys/handshake.gif
