My boss gave me this for a Christmas present, can't wait to try it out.
It's got a telescoping handle and the sockets are supposed to fit either metric or standard, and if you get into a jam and can't ratchet down you just twist the handle.

I'll just bet those sockets don't fit as tight as having separate metric and standard but they should be okay for most repairs.

A setup like that makes for a good emergency tool kit to keep in the car/truck/boat.
