Welp, Block is trashed. Needs to be bored, and crank needs turned.

Craigslist bound with that engine...

.........................................

So i drug out my old race motor...Back in 09... When i quit racing i had a 400 sbc,at the machine shop. Bored it .30 over and had to have crank turned .10 on mains and rods.

I've got a shit ton of new parts for it also. But halfway through that engine build i got sick, And was in the hospital for awhile... When i got out, i wasn't in the right mindset to finish the engine. I packed all the parts up and stored them in my buddys garage.

When we drug it out... The fresh block was really rusty :( And the rod journals are pretty rusty. :/ .....

But going to drop it back off at the machine shop tomorrow. And its going to be built this time.

I've got my pistons on craigslist and going to put them on ebay. Because i'm going to run a dome piston. And also will putting 350 rods in it.

Ordering my rods tuesday. Machine shop will have the block and crank for awhile, He said he was stacked full of engines to do.

But we got the transmission and transfer all cleaned up and there looks to be no issue with them inside and out.
