Starter, or cables.... I always use the same bolts like you do... I've heard that the actualy bolts you are supposed to use, Is better for some reason.... I always use those bolts like you did

Yeah I am definitely loosing voltage from the battery on down the line. That starter is only a year or two old and sounds fine. I am on the same page as you as to look into the cables. Yah those factory battery bolts only penetrate half the available threads in the post bores so they are very prone to coming loose and stripping the threads. This method I use I bottom out the longer bolt in the bore then use the nut to snug the cable down. http://northporttroller.b1.jcink.com/smile.gif
