Well, due to the issues over the weekend with the GP I wasn't able to dig into the window issue but I will soon and update you guys on that. I hope to have the GP issues wrapped up in the next couple of days.

In other news, it appears that the rear brakes need to be serviced on the Caprice so I'm going to tackle that as well this week. I'm betting that everything brake related on this car is original so at some point I'll take a look at the front rotors and pads as well but as of now they seem to be working fine. Other than that the car is running like a top after a little over a week of daily driving.

What about the trans?

Is your old lady getting pissed off about all the vehicles and repair work and parts going on around the house? http://i1220.photobucket.com/albums/dd448/NorthportTroller/Smileys/popcorn.gif

The trans seems to be fine now. I'm working if it just needed to be exercised. It's shifting smooth now, though.

So far the wifey has been understanding. She'll be happier when either the GP or the Caprice is back out of our driveway, though http://i1220.photobucket.com/albums/dd448/NorthportTroller/Smileys/laugh.gif It's a little bit cluttered at the moment smile.gif

You need to lay the new parts out on the living room carpet like 1low does and report her reaction to us, with pics. http://i1220.photobucket.com/albums/dd448/NorthportTroller/Smileys/laugh.gif http://i1220.photobucket.com/albums/dd448/NorthportTroller/Smileys/happy175.gif

http://i1220.photobucket.com/albums/dd448/NorthportTroller/Smileys/laugh.gif I'm pretty sure I'd get a good swift kick in the nuts! http://northporttroller.b1.jcink.com/biggrin.gif I was pushing my luck when I'd be taking up the whole garage while doing body work on the truck. I can't imagine if my "work" spilled over into the living quarters http://i1220.photobucket.com/albums/dd448/NorthportTroller/Smileys/happy175.gif

Burb was backed out so that I could get to my tools and the truck was parked in there but blocked in the pic by the GP. I woulda drove the truck to work today but it's a bit impossible to move it out at the moment http://i1220.photobucket.com/albums/dd448/NorthportTroller/Smileys%203/pout.gif
