Well been working on this hear recently.... Blend door replacement... Ford wanted around 1200 to 1500 to fix this problem...A few years back itwas in for warrenty work ... And he had them check why his heat wasnt working correctly.,.. And they told him the blend door.... and the price to fix it... Well hes been dealing with it till a few weeks back it went out completly...

Me and a drimal tool got the part out in about an hour.....Just to find that the door is still facking good... And theres a little motor bad... that takes about 30 mins to change... And you dont have to cut the facking dash apart... http://i1220.photobucket.com/albums/dd448/NorthportTroller/Smileys%203/wavecry.gif

So once again http://i1220.photobucket.com/albums/dd448/NorthportTroller/Smileys/flipthebird.gif Stealerships..

Cant find this damn motor anywhere its called a heater blend door actuator

This is the only one ive found ..period.... and its only because i searched part numbers and cross referenced for 3 facking hours..

So are you saying you can't find the motor or you did? http://i1220.photobucket.com/albums/dd448/NorthportTroller/Smileys/think.gif

Imagine the people out there, and there are many, who have no idea how to fix their own shit and just throw money at whoever wants to take it from them. http://i1220.photobucket.com/albums/dd448/NorthportTroller/Smileys2/whymewhyme.gif

Thank god I got my Dad's tinkering itch. http://i1220.photobucket.com/albums/dd448/NorthportTroller/Smileys/waytogo.gif
